Day 1: Arrival in Luang Prabang
Arriving around noon in Luang Prabang. Your local guide picks you up from the airport and taking you to your hotel, afternoon is at your own disposal. Luang Prabang is regarded as one of the most beautiful cities in Asia and belongs to the UNESCO World Heritage.

Day 2: day tour of Luang Prabang (breakfast, lunch)
Today you make a day trip to the most beautiful sights in and around Luang Prabang. At sunrise, you will see the well-known monk procession, in which the locals gifts in the form of rice or fruit give the monks. Continue caves, a pilgrimage site with thousands of Buddha statues with the boat upstream to the Pak OU. Back visit the Palace Museum, as well as some of the many beautiful temples in the old town in Luang Prabang. Evening you go the town Hill of Phu SI, from where you can enjoy the beautiful panorama. You end the day with a stroll through the great night market.

Day 3: Luang Prabang - Vang Vieng (breakfast, lunch)
After breakfast drive along the route 13 through spectacular mountain landscapes to Vang Vieng 230 km. The ride on the very winding road takes about 5 hours and offers numerous views of the rugged landscape of the karst field. Arriving in the early afternoon in Vang Vieng. Their guide and driver are available and can bring you to nearby attractions if necessary.

Day 4: Vang Vieng bike tour (breakfast, lunch)
With the bike, visit the beautiful cliffs around Vang Vieng. Your guide leads you across bamboo bridges from small rivers through rice fields to local villages and caves. Visit the Poukham cave and the "Golden Crab Cave" with huge stalactites and underground lakes. After about 4 hours of bike tour and 2 hours caving, you arrive in the evening again in Vang Vieng and finish the day on the River with a sunset drink.

Day 5: Vang Vieng - Vientiane (breakfast, lunch)
Drive about 160 km from Vang Vieng to Vientiane (travel time approx. 3-4 hours) if necessary stop to see other caves. You arrive around noon in Vientiane and check in at the Ansara, one of the best hotels in Laos. In Vientiane, the afternoon is at your own disposal. Vientiane is a very relaxed and easy to explore on foot.

Day 6: Vientiane City tour (breakfast, lunch)
Your city tour begins at about 8:30. In the morning, visit some of the beautiful temples such as WAT Sisaket, Wat Simuang, Wat Phra Keo and the Presidential Palace. After a lunch in the Lao style visit COPE, a relief organization for victims of land mines, the Patuxay monument (a kind of 'Arc de Triomphe'), as well as the that Luang, the holiest place in Laos. You end your tour of the capital city on the banks of the Mekong River.

Day 7: Vientiane - Hanoi (breakfast)
Your guide will take you at the airport in Vientiane. Airlines take the flight with Viet Nam to Hanoi, where your local guide awaits you and bring you to your hotel. Your hotel is located right in the heart of Hanoi's old quarter.

Day 8: Hanoi day tour (breakfast, lunch)
Your guide will pick you at approx. 8: 00 at the hotel. First you will visit the Ho Chi Minh mausoleum. Near the mausoleum, the one pillar pagoda, one of the landmarks of Hanoi, as well as the Presidential Palace is located. Exit on the West Lake, to the Quan Thanh Temple and the Tran Quoc pagoda to visit.
In the afternoon you visit the great Museum of Ethnology in Hanoi, which gives many insights into the life of the Viet Nam's minority populations (including reproduction of traditional houses). Continue to the Temple of literature, which was also the first University of Viet Nam. After that, the guide will show you the old town with the Hoan Kiem Lake and Ngoc son Temple.

Day 9: Hanoi - Halong Bay (breakfast, lunch, dinner)
Sie starten in Hanoi um ca. 8 Uhr und kommen gegen Mittag in der Halong Bay an. Sie checken auf dem Boot ein, auf dem Sie die nächsten Tage verbringen.
Das Boot bringt Sie an die schönsten Orte in der Halong Bay. Sie sehen die bizarre Kalksteinlandschaft, Strände und Höhlen. Das Boot bietet zusätzliche Aktivitäten wie Tai Chi Lektionen und ähnliches. Sie werden durch die englischsprachige Crew bedient.

Day 10: Halong Bay (breakfast, lunch, dinner)
SNach dem Frühstück transferieren Sie in ein kleineres Tagesboot und erkunden mit diesem die Landschaft der Halong Bay. Die Crew führt Sie an schöne Strände, Höhlen schwimmende Dörfer und weitere Sehenswürdigkeiten. Mittags wird Ihnen auf dem Boot ein mehrgängiges Mittagessen serviert. Am Nachmittag haben Sie die Möglichkeit zum Schwimmen, Schnorcheln und Kayak fahren.

Day 11: Halong Bay - Hanoi - hue (Brunch)
Das Boot bringt Sie zur Sung Sot Höhle, einem weiteren Höhepunkt Ihrer Halong Bay Tour. Vor dem Mittag treffen Sie wieder im Hafen ein, wo ihr persönlicher Fahrer auf Sie wartet. Die Rückfahrt nach Hanoi dauert etwa 4 Stunden. Sie treffen am Nachmittag in Hanoi ein. Gegen Abend fliegen Sie weiter nach Hue.

Day 12: Hue day tour (breakfast, lunch)
Today visit you the most important sights around hue: the sprawling mausoleum of Tu Duc, the Thien Mu pagoda in the East of the city, and the old Royal Town ("imperial city") with artfully restored palaces. A dragon boat takes you back to your hotel.
In the evening, you can explore the city dinner on your own. Your hotel is located on a street with many small restaurants.

Day 13: Hue - Hoi to (breakfast, lunch)
After breakfast drive along beaches and rice paddies to the Hai Van pass ("cloud pass"). There you can enjoy the views over the coast and continue until Hoi (journey time approx. 4 h). You come in the early afternoon in Hoi an at.
Your guide will take you through the city and shows you the most beautiful sights such as the Japanese bridge and the Chinese assembly halls. Beautifully Hoi an is in the evening: many restaurants are decorated with colored lanterns, which reflected picturesquely in the river.

Day 14: Cooking class in Hoi an (breakfast, lunch)
Today, take a cooking class (tour in a small group). You can visit the local market, where you buy the food for the cooking class. A boat will take you on a 20 minute ride to the Red Bridge cooking school in green environment. · There you learn the preparation of some traditional dishes. After a lunch is served where you eat amongst the food you have prepared.
The boat takes you back to the Centre of Hoi an. The rest of the afternoon is at your own disposal.

Day 15: Hoi an activities
(breakfast, lunch)
In Hoi An there are countless opportunities to get to know the environment in an active manner. You can choose from one of the following half day tours (duration per about 4-5 hours):

  • Fishing trip: You make a boat tour through beautiful coconut palm forest and learn the local art of fishing.
  • Rice build: take the bike to a farm and learn how to plant rice with water buffalos.
  • Cham temple: Visit the ancient Cham temple 50km outside of Hoi

Day 16: Danang - Siem Reap (breakfast, lunch)
After breakfast, your guide will take you to Danang, the third largest city in Viet Nam (journey time approx. 30 min). You can visit several attractions such as the marble mountains, the newly built bridge of dragons and a local Cham Museum. The flight to Saigon, and from there, take an onward flight to Siem Reap. In Siem Reap, they are picked up at the airport and taken to your hotel.

Day 17: Angkor Wat (breakfast, lunch)
Your guide will pick you and shows you the great ancient Khmer Temple. Visit the most famous and biggest temple in the morning: Angkor Wat. You eat nearby at a local restaurant in the afternoon you will visit other temples such as Angkor Thom, Bayon or Baphuon which almost as impressive as Angkor Wat are.

Day 18: Siem Reap - Phnom Penh (breakfast)
In the morning, visit the floating villages of Chong Kneas on the Tonle SAP, the largest freshwater lake in Southeast Asia. A powerboat and explore life of the local population, which lives on the Lake.
In the afternoon your guide takes you back to the airport, and take the flight to Phnom Penh. You will be picked up at the airport and transfer to the hotel.

Day 19: Phnom Penh (breakfast, lunch)
Today visit Phnom Penh's main attractions such as the Royal Palace, the National Museum and the WAT Phnom. Your guide leads ("S-21") as well as the mass graves ("killing fields"), which the 70s remember the tragic genocide in Cambodia if you are interested also to the War Museum in Tuol Sleng.

Day 20: Phnom Penh - Saigon - Saigon food tour (Breakfast, dinner)
Your guide will take you to the airport, where you can take the flight to Saigon. In Saigon, they are picked up and brought to the hotel. The afternoon is at your own disposal in Saigon. Evening make food a Saigon tour: young Vietnamese take to local restaurants. You sit in the back of mopeds and Saigon from the eyes of the locals!

Day 21: Saigon city tour (breakfast, lunch)
Your guide will show you the most important sights of Saigon. In the morning visit the reunification Palace and the Notre Cathedral and colonial post office nearby Lady. Not far away is also the War Museum with impressive images and material from the Viet Nam war. In the afternoon, the guide in Saigon's Chinatown leads. You can visit some of the Chinese temples, as well as the large Binh Tay market.

Day 22: Private boat tour of the Mekong Delta (breakfast, lunch, dinner)
Drive to CAI be in the Mekong Delta (approx. 2 h driving time). Here, waiting for the boat and the crew, with which you will spend the next two days. It's a modern built boat in a traditional sampan style. You have your own room, shower/WC, as well as a beautiful lounge. The whole boat and crew (Captain, chef, service personnel) is available during the whole trip at your disposal.
The friendly crew will take you through the most beautiful river landscapes of the Mekong Delta by narrow side channels along palm groves and lush gardens. To get at the country, to visit local workshops or to make small trips with your bike. You have a private rowing boat available, which you can paddle through the narrowest channels. A candle-light dinner is served in the evening in an ancient House.

Day 23: Floating markets - Phu Quoc (breakfast)
The boat is approaching early in the morning can tho, where the famous floating markets are and you will see how the Vietnamese selling typical local products such as pineapple, sugar cane and coconut. Here ends your Mekong river trip. Your driver will take you to the airport of can tho and proceed to the island of Phu Quoc, where you will be picked up at the airport.

Day 24-hour 25: Beach holiday in Phu Quoc (breakfast)
You have a bungalow at a nice resort directly on the beach. Here you can relax or explore the island on your own.

Day 26: Phu Quoc - Saigon - Cu Chi tunnels (breakfast, lunch)
Take the morning flight to Saigon Phu Quoc. Your guide will pick you up at the airport and in the afternoon you can visit the famous Cu Chi tunnels. Here the Vietcong warriors before the bombings of U.S. troops have been hiding during the Viet Nam war. You can visit itself some of the very narrow tunnel and see trailing scenes of life during the war. In the late afternoon, your guide will return to your hotel.

Day 27: Departure from Saigon (breakfast)
